Playful and age-appropriate
Helping children move, breathe, focus, and reset.
Children’s yoga combines movement, balance, breathing, relaxation, and mindfulness in a way that feels engaging rather than rigid. Sessions are adapted for age, group size, school environment, and the needs of the children.
Children do not need to sit perfectly still to practice mindfulness.

“Yoga in the morning made my day easier. I liked ending the class with savasana meditation. I felt tired and relaxed, and afterward I had more energy. I felt I could focus better at school.”
