We use yoga to help you begin to build back strength, breath work to connect back with your inner self, and even incorporate baby with “Baby & Me” yoga to facilitate long term bonding.

I am here for you. These are some of the same thoughts I had while pregnant, which drove me to study, practice, and apply these teachings. I offer 1:1 private yoga & coaching to help you through some of the challenges you might be facing while pregnant.

We use yoga, breath work, meditation, affirmations, & coaching to help you gain confidence and calm.
